After trading successfully for 11 years in Fitzroy and Clifton Hill, the owner of Nina Wish Designs decided for a sea-change and move the family out of the city.
As the business has grown by word of mouth, it wasn't about to 'go away' as customers refused to do without the fabulous 'one on one' service they received. As the owners were also still attached to the business, a decision was made to place the business online with catalogue and e-commerce facilities.
As is the case for many 'hands on' businesses, taking a business to the next level of an online presence, let alone a web site, is a huge commitment.
The owner opted for a staged release of functionality to allow he to own the new structure. As more customers come to terms with the web site, more functionality will be enabled to shift the work load to the web site.
